Colman Center

Designed by Webber Thompson Architects, the building needed to stand out in the downtown community. The strategy was that this was a space for companies in the creatives field.

The Challenge:
Established as “Seattle’s Creative Center” the goal was to design unique sales materials that would break through the everyday sales-speak and clutter. Six different artists were commissioned to represent the building in their own style, which showed that this building was designed for creatives and not insurance companies. Also, this piece would drive potential customers to a web site that represents the space differently — both unexpected and fresh.
